Website privacy notice
Last updated 10 October 2026
This notice covers the onsiteailabs.com website, run by OnSite AI Labs (“we”).
What we collect
When you book a discovery call, the form asks for your name, organisation, work email, country, industry, team size and the first task you would hand to AI. We also record how you reached the page, such as the website or advertising campaign that referred you.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, arrange the call and understand which channels bring people to us. We use it for nothing else, and we never sell it.
How we store and share it
We use trusted service providers to host this website, deliver email and keep our records. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Japan. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use it. They record information such as the pages you view and the device and browser you use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct what we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, at info@onsiteailabs.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
